Get more out of each visit, and feel better faster.

What to expect from your first InBox visit:

Get situated.

When you arrive for your appointment, your doctor will sit down and listen to your concerns about any present and past injuries or pain. You will immediately go through functional and orthopedic assessments to find the primary source of your pain and dysfunction.

Get answers.

Your doctor will let you know the working diagnosis of your pain and dysfuction, how it’s going to be treated, and what to expect throughout the entire process. And please, ask questions. At InBox, we want to make sure you understand exactly what’s going on with your body and how to help it heal quickly.

Get treatment.

Your doctor will deliver specific manual therapy to the soft tissue, using a hands-on approach to reduce pain and improve joint function and mobility. But to recover faster and prevent further injury, you will have some homework – or some active rehabilitation exercises to do outside of your sessions. The combination of manual therapy and rehab is essential to help you feel better and stay better.

Get better.

This isn’t the kind of model where the doctor wants to see you for months or years. With our approach, patients usually only need 3-4 visits before their bodies are functioning and feeling the best they can. Your doctor will set a treatment plan that is individualized to you and your injury. By following that plan and doing your homework, you will be pain-free and back to doing what you love as quickly as possible.
